LA LUMI\u00c8RE BLEUE PERTURBE LE CYCLE DU SOMMEIL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ce mardi 14 Mai 2019, L\u2019ANSES a publi\u00e9 une s\u00e9rieuse mise en garde relative \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re bleue des LED, en particulier celle des LED froides 6500K utilis\u00e9es en m\u00e9decine bucco-dentaire. Ce communiqu\u00e9 s\u2019appuie sur les derni\u00e8res parutions scientifiques \u00e0 ce sujet et en particulier sur une vaste \u00e9tude analysant les risques de la pointe de bleu sur la vision et sur l\u2019horloge chronobiologique.<\/p>\n

Il est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la pointe de lumi\u00e8re bleue provoque des maux de t\u00eate et perturbe le rythme de sommeil des utilisateurs. <\/strong><\/p>\n

LES DENTISTES PARTICULI\u00c8REMENT EXPOS\u00c9S<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La mise en garde vaut en particulier pour les professions utilisant des LED froides \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9, car plus la LED est froide et \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 forte, plus le risque est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ce type de LED est notamment pr\u00e9sent dans certaines loupes, instruments rotatifs, scialytiques et plafonniers des cabinets dentaires.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9clairage des cabinets dentaires<\/strong> utilisant des LED froides \u00e0 forte pointe de bleu a des cons\u00e9quences sur la vue, le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n
